Tea is a platform that rewards people who help develop open-source software. The more people collaborate, the more tokens participants receive, which can be used to support other projects or influence platform decisions. I had the opportunity to create the entire animation for this explainer video, visually highlighting how the platform encourages collaboration in projects.
